Questions/Answers
Q: What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
A: Coaching is forward-focused. We work on patterns, not pathology. You’ll leave each session with clear actions to try, not just insights.
Q: Can I do this if my partner isn’t on board?
A: Absolutely. One calm parent can shift an entire family system.

I came in angry and burnt out. I left with tools, language, and a plan. Coaching gave me hope.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is this call, exactly?
It’s a free, dad-focused support call hosted on Zoom. Think of it as a casual, judgment-free space to connect with other fathers who are raising neurodivergent kids. You’ll leave with some clarity, maybe a laugh, and at least one practical insight you can use right away.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Nope. This isn’t a coaching session or group therapy. It’s a chance to check in, ask questions, share (if you want), and feel a little less alone in the chaos of parenting. No pressure to speak — just show up as you are.
How long is it, and do I have to stay the whole time?
The call is 60 minutes. You're welcome to drop in late, leave early, or stay for the whole thing. Life is messy — we get it.
How do I convince my partner to come?
Totally fair question. Sometimes dads just need to hear that they’re not the only ones struggling. You might share the workbook or this page with them first. Reassure them it’s low-pressure, off-the-record, and led by another dad who’s been through it.
Can professionals or caregivers join?
This space is designed specifically for dads — but if you’re a professional working with fathers and want to learn more, feel free to reach out. I love connecting with folks who support this community.
